“Susanne Malebranche, aka Ms Susanne, is an absolute angel on Earth. The skills she has given my children choke me up every time I think about it. This summer we had refresher training and I was worried about what the kids would remember after almost a year since their prior lessons. They did great!! Ms Susanne was always encouraging and reassuring for not only my boys, but for me as well. About 2/3 of the way thru our 3 week lesson, my 5 year old had a scary experience in a family member’s pool. His skills escaped him since he was surrounded by his cousins and he lost his footing from the shallow to the deep end of the pool. Ms Susanne was fantastic!! She spent the next several lessons working with my son in the deeper end of the pool and they practiced several scenarios that could happen when others are around you in the water. She made sure he remained confident and practiced all those important skills that he had learned. We love Ms Susanne so much and I could NEVER thank her enough for the gift she gave my babies. And I sing her praises and the skills provided by ISR to anyone and everyone who will listen. These lessons are so important!!!”
